Terms and Conditions
WordFX undertakes as follows:
Work will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner and within the client's specified timeframes.
- Before work is returned to the client, it will pass through a quality control process.
- A high level of security for the website uploading facility will be maintained at all times.
- All necessary steps will be taken to ensure that employees of WordFX will not at any time use, divulge or communicate to any person any confidential information concerning the business or affairs of the client.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure:-
- Protection of the login and password information. Disclosure of this information is at the discretion of the client. To maintain security, such information should only be given to authorized personnel within the client's business.
The WordFX site must not be used for uploading material that infringes upon the rights of others or which a reasonable person might consider to be abusive, profane, discriminatory, offensive, objectionable material or copyrighted information of files which are in breach of codes of conduct
Files sent via email is done so at the senders own risk as security cannot be assured using this method of uploading.
Relevant information, templates and supporting documentation is supplied to WordFX at the onset of instructions so assignments can be completed as accurately as possible in the required format and timeframe. No responsibility will be taken by WordFX for incorrect or incomplete work due to failure to provide information or precedents as referred to above.
Accounts will be paid by the 20th of the following month from issue of an invoice.
Accounts
The schedule of charges will be confirmed with the client upon acceptance of instructions.
Please note that in cases where the audio file is unclear or the sound quality is poor then an excess rate may apply. In the event of a fault occurring on the uploaded audio file WordFX will transcribe what they can. In both cases the client will be notified accordingly.
WordFX reserves the right to review their schedule of charges and will provide one month's written notice of such review to the client.
Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis and payment is to be received by the 20th of the following month. Late payments will incur a 10% penalty payment calculated on a weekly basis in addition to any costs incurred in recovery of outstanding amounts.

WordFX accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions or other inaccuracies that may be contained within transcripts produced by them. WordFX accepts no responsibility whatsoever to any party other than to the instructing client. Transcripts containing details of any price-sensitive information, professional opinions or technical data should be confirmed with the relevant parties prior to making any decisions based on the information supplied within such transcripts.
Changes to Terms
WordFX reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions and will notify the client of any such changes.
